The representative of His Highness, the Emir of the country, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister, and the accompanying delegation arrived today in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, participating in the Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership in its second session.

His Highness was received at the airport by His Royal Highness Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh, His Excellency the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Jordan, Aziz Rahim Al-Daihani, and members of the embassy.

An official reception ceremony took place for His Highness, during which the Kuwaiti national and the Jordanian royal anthems were played, then the guard of honor saluted, followed by a handshake by His Highness to the dignitaries of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
