His Highness Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister, and in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Sharida Abdullah Al-Muasherji, received at Bayan Palace today His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, Dr. Hilal Musaed Al-Sayer, and the Society’s volunteer medical team returning from the Gaza Strip in state of Palestine.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry, Abdullah Hamad Al-Joaan.

In a press statement after the meeting, His Highness the Prime Minister praised the initiative of the volunteer medical team, which expresses Kuwait’s faith in supporting every needy person and person who is subjected to injustice, especially the injustice that was inflicted on our brothers in the State of Palestine by the barbaric occupation.

His Highness pointed out that what the Kuwaiti medical team did is a source of pride for the country and a bright spot recorded in the history of this team and the sons and generations of Kuwait with their contribution to raising the name of their country high.
