His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister, received at Bayan Palace today, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwaiti Sadu Society, Sheikha Bibi Duaij Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, where she presented to His Highness a certificate from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) “Best Conservation Practices”.

His Highness expressed his sincere congratulations on this great achievement achieved by the State of Kuwait as the first Arab and Gulf country, appreciating the remarkable national efforts to document our civilizational heritage and preserve our traditional heritage in knitting and weaving, in a way that contributes to reviving our cultural identity for present and future generations.
