Under the patronage and presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister held the closing ceremony of Al-Qurain Cultural Festival in its twenty-eighth session at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Information and Culture, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Chairman of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature, Abdul Rahman Badah Al-Mutairi, a number of their Excellencies, Arab Ministers of Information, His Highness Prince Sultan bin Saad Al Saud, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the State of Kuwait, and senior officials in the country.
