His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, and the accompanying delegation arrived in the country today on an official one-day visit.

At the forefront of his reception on the grounds of Kuwait International Airport was His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister.

An official reception ceremony was held for the guest, after which he greeted his senior recipients, led by His Excellency the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Barak Ali Al-Shaitan, and His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Badr Hamed Al-Mulla His Excellency the Chief of the Prime Minister’s Diwan, Abdulaziz Dakhil Al-Dakhil, His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Affairs, Mazen Saad Al-Nahedh, senior commanders of the army, police, national guard, general fire force, senior state officials, the Prime Minister’s Court, and the ambassadors of the two countries.
