Under the patronage and presence of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, the graduation ceremony for the eighth and ninth batches of trainees of the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Kuwaiti Diplomatic Institute was held today at the institute’s headquarters.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and a number of senior officials in the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His Highness the Prime Minister delivered a speech in which he expressed his sincere congratulations to the graduates of the eighth and ninth batches of the Institute’s trainees. Stated that the government has been working on translating the visions of His Highness the Emir of the country, may God protect and preserve him, into an action program under the title (A Just, Safe and Sustainable Homeland), stressing that His Highness the Emir of the country is the captain of this boat that is setting off with unfurling its great sail towards the future.
His Highness the Prime Minister added, “His Highness the Prince began his historic visits to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries on the foundations of Kuwaiti foreign policy, represented by three dimensions, which are historical determinism, geographical determinism, and strategic determinism,” stressing that the economic file was present in His Highness’s discussions with his brothers, leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which resulted in It includes several future economic projects.
For his part, His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Saud Nasser Al-Sabah Institute Affairs, the Kuwaiti diplomat, Ambassador Nasser Subeih Al-Sabeeh, delivered a speech on this occasion, and the diplomatic attaché, Marwa Al-Arada, delivered a speech to the graduates.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Highness the Prime Minister honored the eighth and ninth batches of trainees from the Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Kuwaiti Diplomatic Institute.
