His Highness Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, visited Abdali port today.

During the visit, His Highness the Prime Minister was accompanied by His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah.

His Highness listened to an explanation about the nature of work at the port, the workflow mechanism, monitoring systems and devices used in inspection, and how to coordinate between the concerned authorities.

In his speech during the visit, His Highness the Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect and preserve him, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to all employees of the Ministry of Interior.

His Highness stressed the importance of the great role of the men of the Interior and the appreciated efforts in preserving the security of the country, expressing his confidence in them to fulfill the covenant they made before their God, their Emir, and their people through “the oath of pride and honor (God, the nation, the Emir), which is the oath that we all take as our curriculum.”

Emphasizing the government’s keenness to strengthen the capabilities of the Ministry of Interior to enable its members to perform their duties to the fullest extent.
